Job summary
A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Sr. Technical Delivery Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery, with a focus on leadership. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record in independent work. The position offers a hybrid working model located in London or Bristol with 2/3 days onsite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in a lead role.
- 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management and HCM.

Location: London Or Bristol – No preference 2/3 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE
Contracting Authority: Government Client
Contract Length: UNTIL 31/03/2026
Clearance: SC preferred/DBS accepted must be willing and eligible for SC
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (essential)
- Ten or more years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery, with at least five or more years demonstrated experience in a lead role (essential)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification (essential)
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) (desired)
- At least two full life cycle implementation experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management and HCM (essential)
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud technical architecture (essential)
- Understanding of UK Gov Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance standards (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus).
- Strong professional documentation skills (essential)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (essential)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills (essential)
- Ability to work independently (essential)
