This is a fixed-term role until December 2026.**In addition to the above you will:*** Lead cross-functional efforts to source, analyse, and consolidate operational and emissions data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.* Prepare comprehensive emissions reporting and climate-related disclosures in alignment with GHG Protocol and AASB S2 standards.* Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective climate-related policies and procedures.* Establish and maintain robust data integrity and documentation processes to ensure compliance and facilitate external assurance.* Perform carbon modelling and deliver actionable insights to support strategic planning and options analysis.* Create compelling data visualisations and workshop materials to clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.* Strengthen organisational capability by facilitating targeted training, presentations, and benchmarking against industry best practices.* Manage and deliver project milestones on schedule and to a high standard, contributing to the overall success of project teams through 2026.At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.**Good Work equals Good Benefits*** KiwiSaver employer contributions after service milestones up to 7%.* Fuel discount card.* Ongoing training and development, career growth and progression opportunities.* Great discounts at a wide range of retailers.**We’re looking for someone with:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).* Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or transport sectors, with a track record of delivering sustainability or climate-related projects.* Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and ERP systems, with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.* Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience creating data visualisations using Power BI (or similar tools).* In-depth understanding of GHG emissions accounting and climate reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, AASB S2) – highly desirable.* Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.* Meticulous attention to detail, proactive initiative, and a strong commitment to safety, ethical behaviour, and organisational values.**Creating, Connecting and caring for the community**Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
