Reporting to the Head of Risk, you’ll work closely with the PMO, Executive team, Engineering, and enabling functions to ensure robust risk management practices are in place throughout the lifecycle of our programmes.**What you’ll do*** Lead risk management performance within the Programme.* Manage and mentor a team of risk managers and champions.* Develop and maintain Risk Management Plans and programme risk registers.* Facilitate risk workshops and reviews, ensuring mitigations are SMART and effective.* Conduct Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis using tools such as Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, and ModelRisk.* Act as RMIS administrator and SME, delivering training and operational reporting.* Provide critical challenge and support to the Head of Risk, deputising when required.**What we’re looking for*** **Expertise in risk management best practice** (ISO 31000, HMG Green/Orange Book).* **Proven experience in programme risk management** within large, complex infrastructure or nuclear projects.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.* Proficiency in QRA processes and risk analysis tools.* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.**Qualifications*** Degree or equivalent experience.* Formal Risk Management qualification (e.g., IRM Certificate/Diploma).* Membership of a relevant professional body (IRM, ALARM, APM).* Experience in nuclear or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.We value diversity and inclusivity, offering flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
