Job summary
A construction firm in the UK is seeking a Sub Agent to oversee site engineering and manage construction activities primarily in Central Belt, Scotland. The ideal candidate will have an HNC or degree in Construction/Civil Engineering, with practical experience in construction supervision and highways. Responsibilities include assisting with construction strategies, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A valid UK driver’s license and experience in drain work is essential.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Site Engineering activities and construction supervision.
- Experience in highways, civils, and drainage work.
- Must hold a full UK driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Assist with construction strategy and input into programme.
- Prepare pre-commencement documentation.
- Manage site engineering team and ensure performance.
- Assist with financial forecasting, site measurement, and cost control.
- Liaise with Project Manager and Foreman on resources.
