Job summary
A cleaning services company in Romsey is seeking a Cleaning Operative to maintain excellent cleanliness standards. We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative.
Applicants must have their own smartphone to use our online Time and Attendance system.
To contribute to the team, you should be friendly, polite, assertive, and professional.
- All‑round cleaning experience
- Carry out all cleaning duties to the highest standard as specified
- General duties include dusting, mopping, toilets, emptying bins
- Follow and be aware of Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Inspect cleaning equipment regularly to identify wear and request replacement
- Manage and use materials correctly to reduce waste and misuse
- Monitor all cleaning activities and provide assistance to cleaners when needed
- Work flexibly and as part of a team
- Monday to Friday 17:30 – 21:30 (20 hrs per week)
- Holiday entitlement: 20 days + 8 bank holidays (pro‑rata)
