• 3+ years’ experience as a frontend developer, delivering maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure code.
• Ability to configure and customize Zendesk and CRM platforms with good knowledge of core features.
• Experience in agile, product-focused environments with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize custom scripts, APIs, webhooks, and integrations to extend Zendesk functionality.
• Implement development best practices ensuring efficient builds, thorough tests, safe releases, and documentation.
• Monitor and improve system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
