Job Summary

YPAS are offering an exciting opportunity to train as a Parenting Practitioner, with paid, hands-on experience supporting parents and carers. This 12-month trainee post will equip you with the skills to deliver evidence-based parenting interventions, including group programmes and one-to-one coaching.

The role focuses on helping parents feel confident in managing their child’s behaviour and supporting their personal and social development. You will also work to encourage parental resilience and promote positive life choices within families.
