Connected Voice is looking for a WorkWell Coordinator(s) covering Newcastle and Gateshead. WorkWell is a key part of the government’s measures to better join up employment and health support. The North East is one of the pilot areas for this programme. The purpose is to assist a successful return to work by providing tailored support for people in employment with a current FIT Note for mental health, musco skeletal or menopause issues. The WorkWell Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the programme forward, ensuring alignment across health, employment, and neighbourhood health agendas. They will be a point of contact for stakeholders including NHS services, VCSE providers, and community organisations to create a smooth integration of services across the care pathway
We are looking for a people person with the ability to motivate individuals and foster good working relationships. You will have a strong understanding of the neighbourhood health agenda and be committed to creating a biopsychosocial model of support. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised, with good strategic leadership-management skills.
This is a great opportunity to drive the evolution of the programme locally and position the initiative as a model of integrated health and employment support, contributing to national priorities on workforce and wellbeing.
