An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Neath site due to the upcoming retirement of our long-standing Workshop Manager after many years of dedicated service. This creates a unique chance for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key leadership role within our Vehicle Workshop team.
To ensure a smooth and supported transition, the successful candidate will receive a detailed handover and ongoing support from the current Workshop Manager, giving you the time and guidance needed to settle into the role with confidence.

As Vehicle Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our busy vehicle maintenance operation. You’ll ensure all servicing, repairs, MOTs, ADR and insurance testing are completed safely, compliantly and to the highest standards.
You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians, balancing operational delivery with forward planning, cost control and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be key in keeping our fleet on the road and supporting the wider business.
