Overview

Job Title: Weekend Support Worker – Residential Services (Women's Service)

Salary: From £23,500 per annum pro rata

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Hours: 16 hours, 8am to 4.30pm, alternate weekends on a fixed rota

Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients, providing them with the support and motivation they need to navigate their recovery journey.
  • Coordinate weekend activities, oversee client visits, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coverage and support.
  • Play a vital role in continuing the treatment program for our clients; be approachable, supportive and responsive.
  • Ensure the safety, support, and wellbeing of clients during weekends.
