We are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Water Capability Lead – CCM to lead our Cost and Commercial Management team. This role is key to building integrated UK and global teams that deliver high-performing, efficient solutions aligned with our clients’ evolving needs. You will play a pivotal role in driving capability development, supporting team growth and adaptation, and ensuring alignment with our long-term Water Strategy.
As part of our Cost Management team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects from global and high profile to small and impactful, ensuring they’re delivered on time and to budget. Your expertise in planning, estimating, budgeting and managing costs will drive growth and smarter working.

You are technically capable with experience in design of water infrastructure projects and come to us with a proven track record of leading large, diverse, capability and service focused teams and supporting the delivery of all Water projects and opportunities from a Service Line perspective. Demonstrate significant leadership capability and the ability to inspire geographically dispersed teams around a common set of processes, procedures, systems and tools. Ability to collaborate closely with the Water Senior Leadership team to proactively drive towards meeting our common targets.
