In this key position across our Rudie’s Kitchen and Aces Pantry sites in Doncaster, you will lead warehouse operations to ensure healthy meals and treats reach dogs and their owners worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for upkeep and delivery of high safety, quality & hygiene standards.
- Provide supervision, support and leadership to the warehouse team to meet key operational metrics of quality, stock accuracy, pick rates and waste.
- Monitor & improve your team’s performance to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment.
- Lead continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives which contribute to savings within the department and across the company.
- Accurately plan daily tasks to ensure sufficient team members are in place to meet demand.
- Work closely with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Order Fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Passionate about creating and promoting a people‑focused culture with quality at its heart.
- An expert in SAP as a WMS.
- Determined to lead through example with a drive to develop your team.
- Humble and approachable for all employees, being the first point of contact.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, including an ability to communicate with employees at all levels in a warm and understanding manner.
- Creative and analytical thinker.
- Demonstrated experience in a Warehouse Team Leader role.
- Experience in a high‑speed volume manufacturing environment.
- Resilient and adaptable; faces into challenges and keen to help growth.
- Someone who loves the pace and excitement of FMCG manufacturing.

Additional Information
- This role is 100% based in our kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster.
- The interview process will be in three stages; phone interview with a member of the recruitment team, online video interview with the hiring manager, face‑to‑face interview onsite with the hiring manager and wider team with a site tour.
