In this key position across our Rudie’s Kitchen and Aces Pantry sites in Doncaster, you will lead warehouse operations to ensure healthy meals and treats reach dogs and their owners worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for upkeep and delivery of high safety, quality & hygiene standards.
• Provide supervision, support and leadership to the warehouse team to meet key operational metrics of quality, stock accuracy, pick rates and waste.
• Monitor & improve your team’s performance to achieve growth and accuracy in a supportive environment.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives which contribute to savings within the department and across the company.
• Accurately plan daily tasks to ensure sufficient team members are in place to meet demand.
• Work closely with multiple functional teams including Engineering, Technical, Production and Order Fulfilment.

• An expert in SAP as a WMS.

• This role is 100% based in our kitchen in Blyth, Doncaster.
