• Proven experience within a First Line Manager or Senior Warehouse Operative role in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail and proven knowledge of WMS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate and empower others, while providing development opportunities.

• Act as the key contact in communication with teams to resolve issues in the warehouse.
• Manage compliance to people processes and policies.
• Create training and resource plans to ensure the right skills mix on shifts.
