The VP Design Mission:

The role of VP Design is to lead creative direction for the brand on a seasonal basis, aligning to brand pillars, brand DNA, introducing innovation, and seasonal trend to the product creation process. Delivering business and brand equity growth across the relevant global markets. This role is a key member of the Endura brand Leadership team, responsible for the creative direction, product range design, working collaboratively to define and deliver our business and brand strategies.

How you'll drive success:
  • Codify the brand DNA within our products, across relevant consumer segments, to create a distinct, recognisable, and progressive range of products that elevates the brand in the technical and lifestyle markets.
  • Accountable for the range storytelling and design direction of all the brand products globally, setting楽天 the overall creative brand DNA.
  • Contribute to growth patterning with innovation and merchandising teams.
  • Drive the commercial and creating consumer centric NPD and NPI products.
  • Ability to have an aperture that widens and focuses-land highly commercial Pauline opportunities and also able to focus on innovation buong to unlock future success.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and develop talent within a multi-disciplinary team of creative designers, and create a team culture which supports them in meeting theory full potential.

  • In‑Person Interview - An in ಸಿನಿಮ meeting at our office to continue the conversation from your experience interview. This stage may also include discussion of any task or preparation shared in advance.
  • Final Interview - A final in‑person interview at our office, focused on deeper discussion and practical application, giving you the chance to meet more of the team and see Pentland Brands in action.
