What You Will Do

• Identify, engage and secure VIP players across global markets, connecting with top audiences in Telegram, Discord, Reddit, crypto forums, gaming communities and other online networks
• Build and grow a network of high-value players, uncovering opportunities others miss
• Analyse player activity and trends using data, stats and commercial insight to inform recruitment strategy
• Act with a hustler mentality, thinking like a trader, ambitious, competitive and driven by results
• Own your targets from outreach to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for VIPs
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to align VIP strategies with business growth

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and tenacious, not afraid to hustle for results
• Strong analytical thinker with interest or experience in maths, stats, economics or commercial analysis
• Skilled networker able to connect with high-value players across multiple online communities
• Curious, adaptive and able to uncover opportunities in unexpected places
• Self-starter, confident working independently, with one to two years experience, graduates welcome
• Passionate about digital entertainment, gaming, crypto or online communities
