Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client care and supporting a busy veterinary team's success? We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our dedicated team at our small animal practice in Exmouth.

Your Role

As a key point of contact for our clients, you’ll help ensure every visit runs smoothly and every owner feels welcomed and reassured. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and your organisational skills and veterinary knowledge will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling phone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Managing appointments and administrative tasks accurately
  • Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day coordination
  • Helping maintain a smooth flow throughout the practice
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in the veterinary field (ideal for an experienced veterinary nurse looking for a new challenge)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence with computer systems
  • A calm, caring, and proactive approach

  • 32 hours per week — days and times can be discussed
