Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Value Creation / M&A role.
• Proven track record of delivering Value Creation services within an M&A context.
• Experience advising Private Equity and/or Corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development and pitch preparation.
• Co-develop the future operating model for Value Creation.
• Deliver high-impact client engagements for PE & Corporate clients.
• Collaborate across a high-performing team on varied client work.
• Build a trusted advisor profile with clients, investors, and partners.
