Qualifications

  • Have a good knowledge of the Thames Valley area and have existing relationships.
  • Confidence in developing business opportunities and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and value office, retail, industrial and residential properties.
  • Produce detailed valuation advice for banking and corporate clients.
  • Assist in managing existing clients and developing new clients.
  • Lead the Valuation team for the Reading & Oxford offices.

Valuation Partner - Thames Valley role at Vail Williams. Vail Williams is a leading Commercial & Residential Property Consultancy with over 175 staff across 12 offices nationwide. An opportunity has arisen in our Thames Valley Valuation team for an experienced and highly motivated individual to become part of our successful and expanding team. This role offers excellent career development prospects, working with a strong list of prestigious clients and instructions. You will play a key role in delivering strategic advice to our client base and further expanding it, working with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive property consultancy services.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and value office, retail, industrial and residential properties and development sites
  • Produce detailed valuation advice for banking, corporate and private clients
  • Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients
  • Lead the Valuation team for our Reading & Oxford offices
