We are looking for an experienced Marketing Planner based in UK, responsible for developing creative solutions for our consumer brand Amazfit. The role reports directly to our Sports Marketing Lead.

This is a new position within our EMEA organization, offering a great opportunity to make a visible impact as we aim to disrupt the Health Tech industry in global markets. If you are an ambitious Creative Manager/Marketing Manager passionate about health, fitness, and technology, this role could be ideal for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the identification, mapping, and engagement of UK sports communities, ambassadors, and events to boost brand awareness and reputation among key end users.
  • Coordinating all involved agencies in developing the creative platform (ATL, PR, Digital, community initiatives), ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Preparing and executing the UK marketing plan, aligning with global strategies and ensuring timely local implementation.
  • Ensuring consistency in strategy activation with the local Sales team, with adaptations for local relevance.
  • Analyzing post-launch analytics and sharing lessons learned on omnichannel campaigns with local markets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Brand Marketing experience within consumer brands (preferably in the sports industry) or in international marketing agencies.
  • Experience in developing ATL/BTL creative campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Market sensibility and proven ability to build strong relationships with affiliates.
  • Experience in both strategic and operational marketing roles (global/regional and local) is highly preferred.
  • International experience, including working and living in different countries, is a strong plus.
