Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Marketing Executive who’s as confident creating compelling content as they are supporting client accounts. This hybrid role is 70% content creation (writing, editing, creative strategy) and 30% account management. You’ll help brands grow, launch innovative marketing campaigns, and bring bold ideas to life across both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Marketing (70%)
  • Write compelling blog posts, emails, landing pages, and social posts that drive results.
  • Edit and create short‑ and long‑form video content that is on‑brand and optimized for digital platforms.
  • Support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns promoting events, books, webinars, and programmes.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and social media specialists to bring campaigns to life.
  • Assist in managing Facebook and Instagram ads, including retargeting strategies and performance optimisation.
Client Account Management (30%)
  • Build real relationships and act as a trusted advisor for a selective group of clients.
  • Lead regular check‑ins, track progress, and ensure deliverables stay on course.
  • performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager and suggest improvements.
  • Solve problems creatively and design tailored marketing solutions that meet business challenges.
  • Support automation by building email funnels, webinar sequences, and automated journeys in CRM platforms.
