A forward-thinking care provider in London is seeking a Telecare Technician to install and maintain technology-enabled care equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a GCSE education and a full driver's license. Key responsibilities include assisting vulnerable individuals to live safely at home, developing relationships with service providers, and conducting fault-finding service calls. The role offers 29 days of holiday, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week plus on call requirements
Salary: £28,176 per annum (OTE up to £30,000)

About the role
As the TEC Trusted Assessor Installer for Medequip Connect, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and collecting all TEC equipment as outlined by the contract. This role ensures service users can live independently and safely with the support of TEC equipment.
