Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, either as a senior manager or director.
• Up-to-date technical tax knowledge in trust management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of the Trust team's work with standards.
• Manage, support, and develop team members.
• Liaise with clients to provide exceptional service.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of trust clients.
• Work closely with private client tax partners.
• Promote services of other departments.
