Detailed Description

Volunteers required for busy community transport scheme in Sittingbourne. This role is office based. You will answer calls from elderly clients who wish to book a driver to take them to their medical appointment. You will need to use a database to log the booking so IT skills will be helpful (although training will be provided). The role also involves contacting our volunteer drivers to take clients to the appointments booked and confirm arrangements with clients.
