We are currently looking for a Transport Administrator to join our busy, expanding team in Andover, Hampshire.

Hours of Work: Part Time 07:00- 12:00

The Transport Administrator will play a vital role in coordinating daily vehicle movements, scheduling drivers, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Transport Manager and wider team to optimise routes using Maxoptra, manage vehicle data with Fleetcheck, and support business operations via NetSuite ERP. Your keen eye for detail and organisation will contribute directly to our on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery success, and high customer satisfaction.

Transport Administrator Requirements
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Good understanding of UK transport regulations and compliance (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience in transport or logistics administration (preferred but not essential)
