At innocent we believe in making it easier to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit and veg. That’s why our ‘Fruiture’ strategy is to provide a billion more portions of fruit and veg by 2030.

As the Transformation Planning Manager in Enterprise Change, you play a crucial role in helping us achieve that goal by leading the development of joined‑up annual business plans (ABP), long‑range plans (LRP) and strategic change plans out to 2030 across the entire business.

Responsibilities

You’ll be able to balance your attention to detail and rigour, with an inquisitive mindset, and passion for innovation, to bring real thought leadership to how we create and constantly strengthen our plans. You’ll care passionately about the ‘why’ of the changes we deliver, and will spend a good chunk of your time working with senior stakeholders. The output of this will be a tangible contribution to helping us deliver those billion more portions.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects and programmes, ideally within an FMCG manufacturing environment. Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic oversight.
  • Skilled in long‑range transformative planning, translating strategy into actionable annual plans. Demonstrated success in delivering change initiatives with an enterprise‑wide mindset.
  • Strong ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Experienced in matrix leadership, driving accountability and timely decision‑making across cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, dynamic settings.
  • High emotional and organisational intelligence to navigate company culture, build relationships, and optimise programme delivery across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with the ability to challenge constructively, build consensus, and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
Benefits
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping innocent’s long‑term transformation journey, directly contributing to our mission of delivering a billion more portions of fruit and veg by 2030. Your work will influence business‑wide decisions and help drive meaningful, purpose‑led change.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders, including Bored and the SLT, and build strategic partnerships across Coca‑Cola Europe and external vendors. You’ll gain visibility and influence at the highest levels of the business.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where innovation is encouraged, and experimentation is welcomed. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to shape how change is delivered across the business.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
