A leading educational institution is seeking an innovative Systems Trainer to aid in the training delivery of a new HR system. The role involves designing training materials, delivering sessions on SAP SuccessFactors, and supporting employees during implementation. Candidates should have strong presentation skills and the ability to relate complex information clearly. The position offers hybrid working flexibility, requiring regular attendance at the Milton Keynes office for training.
Fixed Term Contract: End Date: 6 months from start date or until 31 July 2026.

We are looking for an innovative Systems Trainer to help with the training delivery of a new HR ticketing and case management system for Open University employees. The Trainer will assist the Training Lead with the design of all training materials, deliver both system and process training, and support employees during go-live.
You will have prior experience as a Systems Trainer, in particular with evidence of the following:

You will also be able to travel to Milton Keynes on a regular basis for onsite classroom training and have a suitable space working from home to deliver virtual training sessions.

It is anticipated that a hybrid working pattern can be adopted for this role, where the successful candidate can work from home and the office. However, as this role is contractually aligned to our Milton Keynes office it is expected that regular attendance in the office will be required when necessary and in response to business needs to facilitate the delivery of onsite classroom training as and when required.
We anticipate that interviews for this role will be taking place early January 2026. As part of the selection process applicants will be asked to prepare a short presentation to be delivered during the interview. Full details will be provided to applicants that are progressed to interview.
