Base salary: £28,000‑£32,000 + uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE: £50,000‑£60,000

Year 2 OTE: £60,000‑£85,000

Year 3 OTE: £85,000‑£100,000+

Role

• Market mapping for live candidate searches
• Supporting the delivery of timely, professional, and high‑value services to clients
• Identifying and qualifying talent for senior finance mandates
• Working alongside a Lead Partner to produce high‑calibre shortlists
• Producing high‑quality written work including executive summaries and progress reports
• Helping to build the most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe
