We are looking for a motivated and caring Trainee Nursery Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for an experienced early years professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, help lead and inspire staff, and ensure high-quality care and learning for all children. Training and ongoing support will be provided. You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, recognised by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) or relevant awarding body, with at least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting. You should have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition, safeguarding and child protection procedures, and be confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5 years, in line with Care Inspectorate standards.
