Qualifications

• Experience in the Early Years sector is essential.
• Must have relevant early years qualifications in accordance with OFSTED guidelines.
• Ideally have experience of leading a team in an early years environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Room Leader and guide the team.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers.
• Encourage young learners through play and hands-on activities.

Skills
