Job Summary

The TK EMEA Finance Business Partner will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting activities. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of influencing business outcomes by liaising with other departments.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials in accordance with corporate deadlines.
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing the financial forecasts (AOP, Quarterly Forecasts, LRP etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse budget variances and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and maintain a strong compliance environment.
  • Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and integrity within the finance team and across the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial due diligence, and provide recommendations to support business growth.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Accountancy certification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
