We’re a dynamic team driving business growth and operational efficiency for TikTok Shop in the UK. This unique role blends strategic analysis with execution, helping the startup scale across the rapidly growing eCommerce landscape. The ideal candidate collaborates cross‑functionally, analyzes data, uncovers opportunities, designs initiatives, and brings them to market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead in-depth data‑driven analyses of the eCommerce business, covering merchant growth & operations, product and content scaling, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set up and execute short‑term and long‑term strategic initiatives.
  • Establish business‑analysis frameworks to monitor the progress of key indicators, opportunities, and risks; provide solid diagnosis and practical solutions.
  • Set up annual/quarterly business goals and implementation roadmaps; regularly conduct business reviews summarizing improvement strategies and methodologies.
  • Act as a strategy business partner for the TikTok eCommerce teams, leveraging insights to shape the strategic agenda and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2+ years of strategic and analytical experience in a leading management consulting firm, tech or eCommerce company.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce and/or digital advertising markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong numerical reasoning and modelling abilities with proficiency in Excel and/or advanced data‑science tools.
  • Strong ownership and self‑started mindset; proactive initiative to identify and solve business challenges autonomously.
Preferred
  • Background in a consumer‑focused environment (commerce, retail, FMCG, social media & content‑led, technology, entertainment).
  • Experience working with product teams, PMs, engineers, and other technical colleagues.
  • Outstanding stakeholder‑management skills, influencing senior groups.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python.
