Job summary

A leading quality assurance company in Greater London is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with over 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be involved in creating and editing test cases, performing comprehensive testing from hardware to software, and liaising with offshore teams. The ideal candidate should have expertise in testing mobile, PC, and Web applications, as well as VR devices and experience using Software Test Management Systems. Responsibilities

• Create new and edit existing test cases.
• Raise new bugs and review bug reports.
• End to end testing from hardware to software.
• Assist other teams with their testing during downtime.
• Liaise with offshore teams.

Skills

Testing expertise with mobile, PC and Web applications

Testing experience with VR devices

Experience with Unity or Unreal engines

Experience with Software Test Management Systems (e.g., Jira)

Excellent deductive reasoning

Clear verbal and written communication

Understanding of software development process

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working independently and as part of a team

Initiative to improve quality

Experience with ADB commands

Education

3+ years of experience in a QA or related role

Job description

• Initiative to improve quality and investigate any issues further
• Experience installing and uninstalling using ADB commands - preferred but not required

• 3+ years of experience in a QA or related role
