The Opportunity: Technical Training Instructor

Contract: Permanent

Location: National (Commutable to Cannock)

The Impact you will have:
  • Develop and deliver internal technical training courses to Engineers predominantly at Briggs sites (Cannock, Maidenhead or Cannock)
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical Training Business Partner to establish the yearly training plan and schedule
  • Identify individual engineer skill shortages through assesments and testing
  • Establish a close working relationship with Engineering Managers toesnure we have the correct level of engineer support and skill level
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Technical Training and Technical teams to drive continuous improvements across our training delivery
  • Promote technical eLearning content for Engineers
What will help you to excel in this role:
  • Previous delivery of technical training is desirable
  • An accredited technical qualification is a must
  • Previous experience with MHE or plant equipment is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Extensive communication skills both oral and writted
