Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in hard services or building services management.

  • Ability to manage P&L and service contracts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Helpdesk and Hard Services.
  • Manage PPM and reactive maintenance for compliance and safety.
  • Lead small works and project delivery for the client.
  • Produce monthly reports and data analysis.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance across the estate.
