We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Disabled Adaptations Technical Officer to join our team, managing and delivering adaptation projects in residential properties. This includes responsibility for surveying, specifying works, coordinating contractors, and signing off completed projects to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and technical standards. This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a Technical Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end process of disabled adaptations, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, clients, and contractors to provide technical advice and deliver solutions that improve accessibility and independence.
