A leading care service provider in Lincoln is seeking a Team Leader to provide support and guidance to social care workers. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring the highest level of care, and liaising with management. Candidates must have experience in the care sector and be willing to obtain a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. The position offers flexible working patterns and a variety of benefits, including holiday entitlement and training opportunities.

Salary: £12.83 to £13.03 Hour

The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst making sure you always provide the highest level of care and leadby example. You will also liaise with the Assistant Team Leader(s) in the service reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge. Not only will you make a huge difference to people's lives, but you’ll be able to enjoy days out, trips away and join in with many more activities, all of which ensures the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.
All Team Leaders at this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification. There is also a need to take part in the on call response for the service.
Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Team Leader.

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This residential service provides 24 hour care for 6 adults with a learning disability and/or autism and challenging behaviours. The home is situated in a fully converted and updated farmhouse. Village Farm has six individual en-suite bedrooms as well as communal space including a lounge, dining room and games room/ second lounge. The home has a family feel with the individuals living here encouraged to participate in the day-to-day running of their home.
