Play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching programs across the University.

Join a collaborative team committed to continuous improvement and best practice in academic administration.

Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.

Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area

College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The Schools Operations team delivers essential teaching and administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of timetabling, assessments, and student services. Our focus is on efficiency, collaboration, and enhancing the student experience.

About the opportunity

Provide high-level administrative support for teaching programs, including timetabling, assessments, and LMS administration.

Contribute to process improvements and best practice initiatives across Schools Operations.

Work collaboratively with academic and professional staff to deliver exceptional service and respond to changing demands.
