We are seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to provide specific 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 3 with a diagnosis of Autism (ASD), alongside delivering small group interventions for the wider class.
The focus of this role is to help the pupil access the curriculum, manage their daily routine, and develop their independence, while also boosting attainment for other children through targeted academic groups.

The role is 25 hours per week, to be worked 9-12:15 daily and 3 afternoons until 3:15pm term time only. This is a fixed term role linked to an EHCP, currently thought to end in July 2028.
