About Us and The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our growing school, which was graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in May 2025. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high‑performing and ambitious department. You will deliver a well‑structured and engaging mathematics curriculum, set clear expectations for behaviour and achievement, and create a positive learning environment in which students of all abilities can thrive.

We are looking for a teacher who is committed to securing strong outcomes, fostering mathematical confidence, and supporting students in developing the skills and habits needed for success. The ability to teach across the full age and ability range is essential, and an interest in contributing to the development of our Key Stage 4 and future Key Stage 5 provision would be welcomed.

As a valued member of our team, you will build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families, and contribute fully to the wider life of the school.

Interviews will take place on 28th January 2026.

What will you do?
  • Deliver the mathematics curriculum relevant to the age and ability group(s) you teach.
  • Establish a safe, purposeful and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect and a framework for discipline that uses praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly.
  • Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities at the school that relate to learners, curriculum or the organisation of the school, including pastoral arrangements and assemblies.
  • Be responsible for the preparation and development of teaching materials and programmes, and pastoral arrangements as appropriate.
