Do you have experience with using or configuring Clinical Systems such as RiO, and SystmOne? Are you looking for a new challenge in healthcare technology? Are you a proactive problem‑solver eager to play a key role in driving system improvements at an organisational level?

We have two exciting opportunities available to join our team as part of the Transforming Care Digitally (TCD) Programme.

What is Transforming Care Digitally?

Transforming Care Digitally (TCD) is a strategic programme launched in 2024 by Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Its mission is to strengthen digital capabilities across the organisation – improving patient care, supporting clinical teams with effective digital solutions, and raising digital maturity across the Trust.

About The Role
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Full‑time in the office for induction. Once trained, hybrid working will be facilitated with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
As a Senior Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, You Will
  • Work closely with clinical services to ensure systems align with clinical workflows, enabling staff to work more effectively.
  • Configure and optimise clinical systems to improve usability, efficiency, and overall experience.
  • Ensure that digital solutions support safe, high‑quality and accessible care.
