  • Manage Group level tax requirements including transfer pricing and tax strategy reporting.
  • Assist with integration of tax functions post M&A activity.
  • Oversee UK Corporation Tax compliance process.
  • Assist with Group relief claims for cashflow optimisation.
  • Oversee VAT, payroll taxes and CIS compliance across the group.
  • Lead review of Group tax structure and provide tax input on changes.
  • Lead Group wide tax incentivization opportunities.

We are currently looking for Service Engineers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Group level tax requirements, e.g. transfer pricing, CCO, tax strategy reporting etc.
  • Assist with integration of tax functions following M&A activity.
  • Oversee and manage the UK Corporation Tax compliance process, including working alongside third party advisors to ensure timely reporting.
  • Assisting with Group relief claims to ensure cashflow optimisation.
  • Oversee VAT, payroll taxes and CIS compliance across the March group with assistance from divisional finance staff.
  • Responsible for leading a detailed review of the Group tax structure and providing initial tax input into any proposed changes.
  • Responsible for leading Group wide tax incentivization opportunities, including overseeing the R&D claims and documentation processes.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
Skills and Experiences
  • Preferable experience in this role within a Projects based Engineering, Construction, or facilities industry. Must have experience of projects accounting.
  • Excellent Excel skills and systems understanding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of managing remote stakeholders and implementing group processes & procedures or change management.
  • Ability to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment.
