Talent Acquisition Advisor
The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Advisor role is to source, attract, select and hire top talent for Cushman & Wakefield via a variety of sourcing techniques and build talent pooling and pipelining of qualified candidates. The role delivers recruitment services for various positions, from Trades to Executives, collaborating with Hiring Managers to screen, interview and appoint the right candidate in accordance with a fair and consistent recruitment and selection process. It also focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience through timely updates.
The role guides and collaborates with hiring managers on Talent Attraction and Sourcing, Recruitment Strategy & Selection, compliance with pre‑hire policies, and ensures HR systems such as ATS and CRM are leveraged. TA metrics are maintained in high quality, global best practices are shared and leveraged in the country, and there are opportunities to lead on broader HR projects and initiatives.
Note: The role would be a 12‑month contract to start with.
