A leading care organization seeks a Supported Sheltered Cook (Casual) to prepare nutritious meals for elderly residents. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate empathy towards older people, possess excellent communication skills, and work independently. The role is on a casual basis with pay at £12.40 per hour and requires an Enhanced Disclosure Check due to substantial access to vulnerable adults.
All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note Abbeyfield & Wesley Housing Association do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa's.

Hours: As and when required.
Rate of Pay: £12.40 per hour.

You will report directly to the House Manager or senior in charge of duty in their absence.
