A leading care provider in St. Austell is hiring a Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This position involves providing day-to-day support, encouraging independence, and helping with personal care. Training is provided, including support for career advancement. Enjoy competitive pay, a generous annual leave of 5.6 weeks, and a £500 referral bonus as you help those in the community to lead fulfilling lives.
JOB ROLE: Support Worker - This position will require you to work both Days & Nights
HOURS: Full Time (37.5) Hours
UK Driving Licence Required
About our Service:
A beautiful complex of 3 properties comprising of a converted 4-bedroom barn where 4 ladies live and 2 single occupancy annexes. There is a communal courtyard which is perfect for social gatherings and warm evening BBQ’s which are a firm favourite with the people we support there. The property is within walking distance of local amenities but situated in a rural location. 24/7 support with a variety of shifts available.
Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in St Austell,provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
