Support Worker - Driving Licence required

Animated Designs, LLC is looking for a compassionate Day Support Worker to join our team in Kings Heath. The role is full‑time (37.5 hrs per week) with permanent employment.

Salary: £12.31 per hour.

Shift times: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm or 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm, with some weekend work required.

Key requirement: Must hold a UK manual driving licence. Experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.

Supported Living Environment

Falcon Mews provides supported living services for adults with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities and mental health needs. Some residents may exhibit challenging behaviours.

Support Worker Duties

• Support residents in developing independence and life skills.
