A not-for-profit organization in Cardiff is seeking a Support Worker (Residential) to join their dedicated team. You will provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and aiding community engagement. Full training is provided, making it an ideal role for compassionate individuals looking to make a positive impact. This position offers a competitive salary of £26,280 annually with additional benefits including overtime and a supportive work environment.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time
Salary: £26,280 per annum (£12.60 per hour)

At Fairfield House, you’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting six men with a range of support needs including autism, epilepsy, mental health conditions, and behaviours that can sometimes be challenging. These behaviours are part of the people’s unique support needs, and Perthyn will provide you with full training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and prepared.
