A community healthcare provider based in Waterbeach is seeking a Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This role involves enhancing the lives of individuals who have varying health needs, including disabilities like Autism and Dementia. We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our friendly team. If you feel you can enhance the lives of people we support through offering new opportunities we would love to hear from you. Waterbeach supports four individuals who have been in the Service for many years. The people we support at this service have conditions such as Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Autism, Dementia and Cerebral Palsy. Full training and continued development is available to meet the high level of health needs.
The service has excellent relationships with the local community enjoy visiting the botanical gardens in Cambridge, bowling, swimming, to the local pub, to the village carnival and accessing local shops. We liaise with the local GP surgery and Community Nurses to ensure all needs are met , this collaborative approach ensures the people we support receive a high standard of care.

Staff are supported with a detailed induction, continuing professional development and support.
