Support Worker

Care Connection is recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Trowbridge area. This is a temporary ad‑hoc role to cover staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays. Shifts can be variable between 07:00‑22:00 Monday to Sunday.

Job Role

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. Tasks may involve one‑to‑one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, may take place in the home and garden or outside in the community, and may require equipment for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end‑of‑life instruction where relevant.
