Qualifications

  • At least one year working in a care setting.
  • Experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Full Driving License and access to own vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Social Care.

Job description

We are seeking applicants that can meet the full Job Description attached. The successful candidates will be joining our growing team in supporting a new adult’s supported living service based in Northampton.

This role will focus on supporting the needs of service users in the Towcester area. Support will include attending appointments, promoting emotional and mental well-being, assisting with medication, encouraging health and fitness, providing meal support, and engaging in leisure activities, among other day-to-day needs.

Working Hours: 16 hours and upwards per week (typically within 8am-10pm and alternate weekends).

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Mandatory requirements:

  • At least one year working in a care setting.
  • Experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Full Driving License and access to own vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Social Care.
