Support Worker – Bridgend CF32 0HE

Permanent 4 roles, Full Time, 39 Hours on Days (3 x 13hrs) and 35 Hours on Nights (8pm-8.30am). Working in a Brand New Service.

Driver Essential – Full UK Driving Licence required as company vehicles will be used.

We’re looking for people who want to make a difference. No sponsorship or change of sponsor will be provided.

We support adults in our community homes (4 beds). Our priority is to improve and maintain the quality of life for the children and adults in our care. We take a person-centred approach to everything we do, empowering people in our care to learn and develop skills and abilities specific to their own development needs.

Responsibilities
  • Work day shifts: 08:00–20:30, including alternative weekends.
  • Work night shifts (Wakening nights): 20:00–08:30, including alternative weekends. Sleep nights paid flat rate £55 if applicable.
  • Assist with residents’ care plans and deliver personalised high‑quality care to residents in community homes.
  • Maintain a person‑centred approach and support residents to develop skills and abilities.
Qualifications & Specifications
  • Experience of working in a social care environment is ideal but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Have a caring nature and willingness to develop new skills.
